Drivers HeadQuarters has written Driver Detective to make updating your drivers', dlls' and vxds' simple and easy. You can view all the current information from one screen and determine file, name, and version, etc. which when updating is the key to finding new and up to date information to download to your system.
After determining the driver, dll, or vxd you wish to update click on Update Driver and the program will take you to Drivers HeadQuarters so you can find the most current up to date driver information for your system.
What Do I Need to Use Driver Detective?
You must have Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME or Windows NT.
How Do I Install?
The EXE you have downloaded is a self extracting zip file. If you saved it on your desktop, you should see it's icon on the desktop. If you saved it in a temporary folder, open that folder. Double click the program, it is called dd32v20.exe. This will extract the installation files and begin the setup program. Setup should take a few seconds and will walk you through from there.

Empty Temp Folders (emptemp) is a small utility that helps you manage folders that contain temporary files, left over by other applications. It's easy to add any folder and
you can empty a folder (or all folders) with one click. Also emptemp will let you list and delete cookies, history files and temporary internet files (this requires MS Internet
Explorer version 5+). Emptemp also has a search function to let you find and delete temporary files outside the normal temp folders. Any program can leave behind
temporary files or backup files anywhere on your harddisk. These files have file types like .tmp, .bak, .old and .log. You can add your own file types. Emptemp also
displays the amount of memory the content of the clipboard takes up, and lets you delete it. And it can find broken shortcuts (.lnk files) on your harddisk, so you can
delete or fix them. Furthermore EmpRunner is included. It can be used to run emptemp at certain intervals.

FreeMeter is a system-tray utility that shows you lots of information about your computer.
It's attractive, informative, and best of all -- free.
It shows total and free space for all available hard drives, memory usage statistics, and real-time graphs that depict network traffic and disk transfer rates.
You can customize the display to show just the information you're interested in.
You have the option of placing icon meters in the system tray that depict CPU usage, memory information, and free space on individual hard drives.
You can also establish low free-space levels for each drive and have FreeMeter provide an audible warning when that level is reached.
You can even have FreeMeter break down your hard-disk usage into a treeview folder analysis.
