- DialDictate Phone Dictation System
DialDictate lets you call in dictation and send via email, FTP or computer network. You, and other users, dial into a computer running DialDictate to record dictation. Recording, replay, editing and file management are controlled by pressing numbers on your telephone keypad. When you have completed a recording, DialDictate can then immediately send the dictation for transcription by email, the local computer network or via the Internet.

If you are using a single computer with a modem and Internet Connection Sharing (or other Proxy software) to provide access to the Internet for your network, Dialup Actions will notify all the machines on the network when the Internet connection becomes available. Each machine can then automatically perform actions such as checking email, synchronising a database, ftp'ing files etc. (Supported platforms: 95/98/ME/NT4/2000).
System tray icon on client machines indicates when a dialup line is active (and how long it has been active) on the proxy. This can be used to tell the Proxy to drop the line.
Service can be configured to take different actions depending on which ISP is being used.
Runs as a service (on NT and W2K) on both proxy and client machines, or as a standard exe on Windows 9x / ME.
Settings are quickly and easily changed via the configuration window.
